TNT Roofing 10-Year Workmanship Warranty

TNT Roofing agrees to warranty the workmanship of all full roof replacements for 10 years. In the event of roof leakage due to a workmanship issue, TNT Roofing will assume full responsibility to repair or replace the affected area of the roof. This warranty does not cover any interior damage resulting from roof leakage. Interior damage falls under the responsibility of homeowners insurance.

Exclusions From Coverage

This 10-year warranty only covers issues resulting from improper installation of the roof. TNT Roofing will not be responsible for:

• Incidental Damage: TNT Roofing will not be held liable for leaks or damage from hailstorms, ice dams, tree damage, animals, etc.
• Failure of Other Systems: TNT Roofing cannot be held liable for any issues arising from other items on or related to the roof, such as gutter backups, insufficient insulation or ventilation, or roof fixtures that were not replaced by us, such as furnace vents or skylights.
• Work by Other Contractors: TNT Roofing cannot be held liable for any leaks that occur as a result of work performed by other contractors. This includes instances of faulty installation of gutter guards, carpentry work, HVAC work on units located on the roof, satellite dish installation, and so on.
• Material Defects: TNT Roofing will not be held responsible for defects in materials used on the roof. All such claims would be made under the material warranty from the manufacturer.
• Negligence: TNT Roofing cannot be held accountable for issues arising from neglect, including failure to remove leaves and moss from the roof or any other form of negligence.
