TNT Roofing agrees to warranty the workmanship of all full roof replacements. In the event of roof leakage due to a workmanship issue, TNT Roofing will assume full responsibility to repair or replace the responsible area of the roof. In the result of a warranty to claim TNT Roofing, Inc. will give precedence to customers under warranty over other service calls.

Roofing repairs: Our workmanship warranty covers all repairs. If a problem recurs because of our work, we’ll address it promptly at no additional cost. Our warranty does not cover old shingles/ products or work not completed by TNT Roofing.

Exclusions From Coverage.

This warranty only covers issues resulting from improper installation of the roof. TNT Roofing will not be responsible for:

1. Incidental Damage:

TNT Roofing Inc will not be held liable for leaks or damages from: hail storms, ice dams, tree damage, animals etc.

2. Failure of Other Systems

TNT Roofing Inc. will not be held responsible for any issues due to other items on and related to the roof. Including gutter backups, inadequate insulation or ventilation, roof fixtures we did not replace such as furnace vents or skylights, etc.

3. Work By Other Contractors

TNT Roofing Inc. will not be held responsible for leaks as the result of work performed by other contractors. This includes faulty installation of gutter guards, carpentry work, HVAC work to units on the roof, and satellite dish installation, etc.

4. Material Defects

TNT Roofing Inc. will not be held responsible for defects in materials used on the roof. All such claims would be made under the material warranty from the manufacturer.

5. Neglect

TNT Roofing, Inc. will not be held responsible for issues that are the result of failure to keep leaves and moss off a roof, or any other form of neglect.
